My Music

Soul and Empathy

My vocation in life is to explore the meaning of the word in a broader and deeper depth.
Just as bob Marley believed of music to be virology and would be able to rid the world of racism.
I also believe that music can help us in our daily routine; it can help with our problems, and certain pain we feel.
Just like some believe seeing a therapist can help them with their problems, music can do the same.
My vocation was not a goal that I wanted to pursue but a divine calling that I heard at the age of seven. Music spoke to my heart.
I knew my vocation was a divine calling cause whenever I veered from that path, I was lost, confused of what my purpose in life is. And when I resume my path, it was all clear as a bell.
At a younger age I wanted to become a pediatrician, then I began writing poem to make sense of the world, then I turned them into songs.
Im a lyricist and never thought just because I showed a degree of ability as a performer but didnt necessarily need to pursue music as a vocation. Wrong!
But I was often wrong in many aspects in my life;  art, music was the best fit for my attributes, interests and passions in my life.
My family thought that it was indeed an elusive, questionable calling, but for me it was deeply satisfying.
By embracing it, it drew on my signature strengths and that is to serve and help others in greater need.

Lyrics

False Friendship

In this small town, everyone knows each other well

But there's a certain someone who's very hard to tell

With a smile on their face, they act so kind

But behind closed doors, they're just a cold-assigned

They're my frenemy, a toxic blend of both

They'll stab you in the back and pretend they didn't know

They’ll play nice but we know that it's all for show.

In this game of give and take, they stole the whole show.

Oooh ooooh oooooh ooooooooh, ooooh

They'll compliment your style, say you're the best

But deep down, they're just envious and stressed

They'll sing your praises with a double-edged sword

Real friends stay true, this one's just a fraud

But I won't let them bring me down, no more, no more

They're my frenemy, a twisted joyride

But I'm breaking free, won't let it coincide

I'll find my peace, leave them behind

In this country heart of mine, true friends I'll find.

Oooh ooooh oooooh ooooooooh, ooooh

And if you've ever had a frenemy in your life

Just know it's not worth the strife

Find the ones who lift you high

Leave the toxic ones behind, don't let them denigrate your sky

They're my frenemy, a thorny road to walk

They'll build you up, just to watch you fall

They laugh at your dreams while they wear a mask

But you'll see through them like a stained glass

Oooh ooooh oooooh oooooooo, ooooh

I found Out

When a hush befell the night, I opened up my eyes to the morning light realizing that Ive gained my sight.

I awake into the light, realizing Im still in the dark falling to my demise.

Since I've lost my king, there's no hope for two.

Broken heart, broken dreams, I decide not to hear all the sneers of my peers, my strength replaced all my fears, when you were near, that I found out.

My days got long and weary, when you're no longer near me, I found out.

Well, I found out, my tear drop means so much, it tells a story of love a broken hearts pain memory-y.

Feelings word can't define; secrets that left untold.

So much love it unfolds in the depth of my soul. I found out.

Since Ive lost my king; openness in mind.

Don't expect, don't be let down.

I've embraced the notion my happiness abides within me.

I've emerged from the depth of my hurt.

While many things give me fear.

Your actions let me know.

Whether I can maintain, be detained, or continue to grow this love Ive come to know.

When a hush befell the night,

I'll have open my eyes to the morning light,

Realizing my true king is by my side.

I'll have awake into the light,

Realizing a new wakening my new beginning.

When my true king comes, I'll have obtained.

I'll have grown.

I'll have push through the emptiness that tried to overcome my heart.

In A Moment

I miss you, your warm heart the way you cared.

Your kisses baby, your touch and all that we shared.

What I see depends mainly on what I look for.

What's meant to be and truly be will always find a way.

You came into my life and stayed for a while, then quickly left my heart.

You left your footprints and I have never been the same.

My friends told me, oh lets delay.

If it's true love will find a way.

Should I have known that it was wrong, to have a love that was not my own?

When in a moment I lived a life with you, in just one moment we were happy.

In a moment I lived a life with you, in just one moment we were happy.

It's no secret when I did realize, with whom I wanted to spend the rest of my life.

And then you say sorry, simply to dry my eyes.

And walk away from this love that my heart has known.

Yet it's right to have known pain, hope my foolish acts weren't done in vain.

I trust my heart so I'll know how to live again.

Wrinkles will only go where the smiles have been.

You say our life, the love we had now it's through.

Yet my heart goes on, it keeps on loving you.

You left me dreams that are here to stay.

Our love was born, it was not made.

I'll light a candle than to curse the darkness.

I'm not perfect, but parts of me are excellent.

Don't you think that it is right to have a love that's truly yours?

I know in a moment, you did live a life with me.

In just one moment, we were happy.

In a moment you lived a life with me, in just one moment we were happy.

Now I've learn that it is hard to claim a love that is not yet mine.

Since your love did keep me warm, I've got no regrets at all

You've known it, now I know it.

Nothing good comes overnight.

But hope, hope is self-taught.

Should I wait and wait for you-uuu?

Happiness

Don't caress me with your smile; please don't heal me of my fears.

Don't undress me with your eyes; don't embrace me in your arms.

Keep your charm and ruse to yourself; you've already occupied my mind.

Wouldn't you think I'm an easy candidate for insanity?

Well king it seems, when you're around, no one conquers or defeats.

Please gradually, come closer enough to steal a kiss.

You never auditioned for the lead role of the Prince Charming; somehow, someway you got a role yes the lead role.

I know your soul is broken, but don't settle for unhappy.

Don't make a deal with she devil which we'll cost you so dearly.

It is a lie if they tell you, this and that will make you happy.

Without that special somebody, the trip will end, the influence will wane.

The money will surely lose its value.

Honey bunny, money can't buy me love.

Some learned the hard way.

Money cant buy me satisfaction, so boy come well equipped.

I've learned the hard way.

I wanted what I couldn't have explained why I want you so bad.

Couldn't see through that disguise, I should have run while my heart was not bound.

But one stare into your eyes, left me mesmerized.

If, when you find true love, will you let in, will you let it gooooo?

Honey Bunny, money can't buy me love.

Some learned the hard way.

Money can't buy me satisfaction, so boy come well equipped.

Because I've leaned the hard way, come as you are, be true to your heart and you will know true happiness.

Don't Miss You, Won't miss You

I'm not gonna miss you when you go away.

Oh, no I won't miss you when you leave me for her.

I won't lay awake as you lay in her arms.

I won't miss the way that you felt in my arms.

Cause I met a man so sweet and so kind, in the prime of his life.

The don of his time, could he possibly be the love of my life?

I only think of you when I'm drifting into dreams.

You only cross my mind like a river flows to the sea.

Don't miss you smile, don't miss your charm.

Don't miss your emerald green eyes.

Don't miss your touch, don't miss your kiss.

Baby, I don't miss a thing at all.

Baby, I don't miss a thing at all.

I'm not gonna miss you when you go away.

I won't feel sorry when she leaves you for him

I won't lay awake while you stayed up and cry.

I won't miss the way that you used to smile.

cause I met a man so sweet and so kind, in the prime of his life.

The don of his time, he may possibly be the love of my life.

I only think of you when I'm drifting into dreams.

You only cross my mind like a river flows to the sea.

Won't miss you smile, won't miss your charm.

Won't miss your emerald green eyes.

Won't miss your touch, won't miss your kiss.

Baby, I won't miss a thing at all.

Baby, I won't miss you at all.
