My Music
Soul and Empathy
My vocation in life is to explore the meaning of the word in a broader and deeper depth.
Just as bob Marley believed of music to be virology and would be able to rid the world of racism.
I also believe that music can help us in our daily routine; it can help with our problems, and certain pain we feel.
Just like some believe seeing a therapist can help them with their problems, music can do the same.
My vocation was not a goal that I wanted to pursue but a divine calling that I heard at the age of seven. Music spoke to my heart.
I knew my vocation was a divine calling cause whenever I veered from that path, I was lost, confused of what my purpose in life is. And when I resume my path, it was all clear as a bell.
At a younger age I wanted to become a pediatrician, then I began writing poem to make sense of the world, then I turned them into songs.
Im a lyricist and never thought just because I showed a degree of ability as a performer but didnt necessarily need to pursue music as a vocation. Wrong!
But I was often wrong in many aspects in my life;Â art, music was the best fit for my attributes, interests and passions in my life.
My family thought that it was indeed an elusive, questionable calling, but for me it was deeply satisfying.
By embracing it, it drew on my signature strengths and that is to serve and help others in greater need.
Lyrics
False Friendship
In this small town, everyone knows each other well
But there's a certain someone who's very hard to tell
With a smile on their face, they act so kind
But behind closed doors, they're just a cold-assigned
They're my frenemy, a toxic blend of both
They'll stab you in the back and pretend they didn't know
They’ll play nice but we know that it's all for show.
In this game of give and take, they stole the whole show.
Oooh ooooh oooooh ooooooooh, ooooh
They'll compliment your style, say you're the best
But deep down, they're just envious and stressed
They'll sing your praises with a double-edged sword
Real friends stay true, this one's just a fraud

But I won't let them bring me down, no more, no more
They're my frenemy, a twisted joyride
But I'm breaking free, won't let it coincide
I'll find my peace, leave them behind
In this country heart of mine, true friends I'll find.
Oooh ooooh oooooh ooooooooh, ooooh

And if you've ever had a frenemy in your life
Just know it's not worth the strife
Find the ones who lift you high
Leave the toxic ones behind, don't let them denigrate your sky
They're my frenemy, a thorny road to walk
They'll build you up, just to watch you fall
They laugh at your dreams while they wear a mask
But you'll see through them like a stained glass
Oooh ooooh oooooh oooooooo, ooooh
